Environmental and Sanitary Quality of Buildings
Context:
From now on, recent legislative evolutions and growing environmental concerns impose, for every new or existing building project, to take a global and cross-sector approach of sustainable development.
Achieving the target “Factor 4” leads to the prefiguration and creation of buildings known as “positive energy” buildings, which are very low-energy-consuming and have a high environmental quality.
As it were, many actions are taking place today, with the objective to limit impacts of building development, construction or rehabilitation on the environment and occupiers’ health. Besides, the consideration of project economy in terms of total cost has a place in every technical or management choice.
