Financing energy efficiency for sustainable buildings. Analysis of contractual and financial tools
Taking part of the PUCA research program on buildings, Alpheeis was selected to evaluate all the contractual and financial tools to support energy efficiency and sustainable buildings in France.
The aim of the study is to build a framework of knowledge and evaluation of these tools (loans, leasing contracts, energy performance contracts, partnership contracts, etc ...) and make advices for their implementation according to the different stakeholders. The scope of the study will cover all building sectors (commercial, residential, collective and individual), public and private owners, developers, businesses, individuals, etc...
A qualitative analysis will be developed based, on one hand, on experts analysis and, on the other hand, on results from a survey of different stakeholders.
