Impacts and perception of exemplary pilots operations in the field of public buildings
Toward energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
Laureate of the socio-economy program of PREBAT 2007, Alphéeis has just finished a study aiming at analysing the impacts and perception of so called “exemplary” buildings.
When the notion of exemplary State is more and more present in a national orientations (Grenelle, Plan Climate...), Alphéeis identified then analysed the impacts and the relevance of this type of experimentations.
In the framework of this study, Alphéeis carried out an inquiry with the actors involved in this type of projects (decision makers, actors of the implementation and users) to identify, analyse and, then provide a film (12 minutes) showing the impacts and feedbacks of these projects.
A written synthesis resumes main findings of study.
