Improving building’s energy performance investments for private landlords
The French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) has selected Alphéeis, in partnership with Ecofys, to analyse devices facilitating investments to improve building’s energy performance (individual or collective buildings) for private landlords.
The first objective of this study is to analyse the systems implemented in some European and OECD countries to share energy efficiency costs between private landlords and tenants.
For the French case, the objective is to analyse agreements implemented between landlords and tenants under the law on the commitment fo the national housing (13/07/2006).
The last objective is, from micro-economics calculations on refurbishment packages, to propose legal and economics improvements to share costs and benefits between landlords and tenants.
