Our Commitments




Beyond quality requirements, dictated by the constraints of an evermore competitive market which the organisation tries to meet in order to provide our clients always more efficient services, we wish that our quality control process will take us further. Our aim is to help our collaborators to be entirely at the service of the projects for which they are accountable, by providing them every necessary resource and means useful to their mission.

The aim of our quality control process is to reinforce the « team spirit » of our organisation and to maintain an atmosphere of mutual trust, which rules every relationship we have with our partners and suppliers, and of which Alphéeis is particularly proud of.

Finally, this quality control process is designed to ensure respect for the fundamental values that drive the whole team of Alphéeis: competence, motivation, trust, confidentiality, ethics et sense of responsibility.

In agreement with all Alphéeis team members, we have decided to take strong and measurable commitments:


Answer our clients’ demands by offering them solutions and services according to their needs, like for example in terms of content and deadlines.

Improve our performance by reinforcing our organisation’s efficiency and improving our working tools.

Keep progressing by reinforcing our current clients’ and by winning our new clients’ trust thanks to the mastering of the highest quality.


Contribute to our development by working on major issues, with quality partners, with all the necessary resources for the accomplishment of our mission, while keeping opportunities to expand our skills.

At the same time, Alphéeis is committed to environmental protection and to the fight against global warming, in a perspective of sustainable development.


  • Compensate our emissions of Greenhouse gases (GES) by helping to finance solidarity project (at the level of emissions generated by our business activity), answering to objectives of climate protection, development of natural resources in developing countries.

  • Adopt a responsible purchase policy, by choosing reusable or recyclable and, as much as possible, fair trade products.

  • Share this environmental awareness, by encouraging members of the Alphéeis team to develop daily environment-friendly habits.

As Director, and on behalf of all employees of Alphéeis, in order to make this quality and environmental policy real, I commit myself to:


  • Monitor and improve our quality policy,

  • Decline axes of this policy in measurable and coherent objectives,

  • Taking all the necessary dispositions for each employee of Alphéeis to be aware of the importance of the role they must play to ensure the success of the whole team.

Our ambition is to make Alphéeis a referenced actor in our fields of actions, known for the quality of our services, by putting quality policy at the service of our team, in order to enhance their skills and autonomy.

Our qualtiy policy is based on the principles and requirements of the version 2000 of the ISO 9001 norm: Responsibility of the direction, Quality system, Process, Continued improvemenst. Our « quality » manual is kept available for you.
